Born This Way?.....Work It Your Way


When it comes to working it 'your' way, there is no 'one size fits all' scheme.

We as a community are as varied and unique as our individual training needs.

If you want to re-shape your body in any way, and you don’t choose your strategy according to your body type, then it should come as no surprise that you may struggle getting results. Motivation Killer!

Look at the diagram above and lets face it guys, not only do we instantly recognise a few of these types but have numerous and at times very non-PC names for them. You need to BEAR in mind that all people are not purely one body type or another. Most people are a combination, with predominant characteristics from one and secondary characteristics from the other.

To find out your own body type, you will need to do some research or consult a fitness trainer. Take some time out with your PT in the next week and discuss if your workouts are actually conducive to the results you have in mind.
